Since January 1, 2016 comes into force provision of article 21 of the Federal law of 05.04.2013No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs", after what when forming the plan schedule of placement of orders for the next year the customer will be obliged to include in it information on the name of the organizer of joint purchase.

The duty to specify such information is fixed in point 4 of Rules of carrying out the joint competitions and auctions approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 28.11.2013 No. 1088.

Now they don't specify the organizer of joint purchase in the plan schedule of orders of placement.
