Toughening of prime requirements to power efficiency of the goods bought for the state and municipal needs

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation N 1221 of 31.12.2009 established requirements to power efficiency of the goods (works, services) bought for the state and municipal needs.

According to the changes made by the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 28.08.2015 No. 598 since July 1, 2016 the ban on acquisition is established to customers:

1) for lamps electric, working from the electric alternating current main with a voltage of 220 V;

2) for lamps for external lighting and lamps for lighting of residential and public buildings, and also of start regulatory devices.
