Attention of the enterprises and individual entrepreneurs who are carrying out preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous, non-ferrous metals

Generalizing practice of licensing, and also results of work of law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan notes existence of separate violations regarding implementation of activities for preparation of scrap.

The elicited facts of violations concern storage of scrap of metals on platforms on which the enterprises didn't obtain the corresponding license.

In order to avoid measures of administrative influence from supervisory authorities,  it is necessary for the enterprises when organization of cargo handling terminals , stores and other temporary places of storage of scrap metal to receive the license (the annex to the license) for this concrete object of implementation of activity.
