The Standard of implementation of purchasing activity of separate types of legal entities is developed

The Federal Antimonopoly Service in 2014-2015 carried out the analysis of application by big customers of standards of the Federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".
By results of the carried-out analysis for achievement of the tasks provided by this law, and also prevention of violation of requirements of the legislation in the sphere of purchases and the Federal law of July 26, 2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition" by the Federal Antimonopoly Service developed the Standard of implementation of purchasing activity of separate types of legal entities.
The standard includes the offers on optimization and unification of purchasing activity of separate types of legal entities directed on uniform application of the Federal law No. 223-FZ, increase of openness and transparency of purchases and also on increase in number of participants of purchases, including subjects of small and average business.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
