In September the IV congress of the Centers of support of technologies and innovations of the Russian Federation will take place

On September 9-10, 2015 to Cheboksary there will pass the IV congress of the Centers of support of technologies and innovations of the Russian Federation.

As organizers of action act:

- World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);

- Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent);

- Federal state budgetary institution "Federal Institute of Industrial Property" (FIPS);

- Budgetary institution "National Library of the Chuvash Republic" of the Ministry of Culture of Chuvashia;

- Chuvash republican public organization VOIR.

Within the program of Congress consideration of the following questions is planned:

- information of VOIS on activity of TsPTI (report of the representative of VOIS);

- a state and prospects of functioning of the TsPTI network in the Russian Federation (reports of the director of FIPS O. I. Strelkov, the head of department of the NIR organization and monitoring of use of results of intellectual activity E. V. Koroleva);

- experience of activity of TsPTI of National library of the Chuvash Republic (report of the manager of TsPTI of National library of the Chuvash Republic N. A. Arsentyeva);

- foreign experience of activity of TsPTI and other centers rendering patent and information services (reports of representatives of patent departments of the countries of the Euroasian economic union);

- use of foreign professional patent and information systems for the patent analysis (survey reports of representatives of the foreign companies Thomson Reuters (USA), Minesoft (Great Britain), LexisNexis Univentio (Netherlands), Gridlogics Technologies Pvt Ltd. (India).
