SMS from short number "0919" don't bear danger

Number "0919" is official number for an assessment by citizens of quality of the state services. Messages with a request to estimate quality of state services which come from number "0919", are free for subscribers and are dispatched according to the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1284 of December 12, 2012. Mailing of SMS is carried out by "The federal telephone center of collecting opinions of citizens on quality of the state services".

SMS from short number "0919" with a request to estimate quality of the rendered state services can come to citizens after each visit of government bodies or centers of rendering state services (MPC). Results of these polls then are reflected in the public site "Your Control". It is also possible to estimate quality of service after receiving the state service on the Uniform portal of the state and municipal services.

There five criteria by which survey is conducted . These are time of providing state service from application to final result, a waiting time in turn, an assessment, how polite and competent the employee of the organization is, degree of comfort of conditions indoors in which the state service is provided, availability of information on an order of providing state service. Users of state services are offered to give an assessment on a five-point scale.
