Public consultations on the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation are held

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations according to the draft of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning interaction of subjects of the retail markets of electric energy at the conclusion of contracts of power supply (purchase and sale (delivery) of electric energy (power)) with consumers of electric energy (power) before completion of procedure of technological connection of the power accepting devices of consumers of electric energy" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

We invite representatives of business associations to study the presented regulatory legal act on the site of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In case of existence of the provisions in it introducing excess administrative and other restrictions and duties for subjects of business and other activity or promoting their introduction, and also provisions, promoting emergence of unreasonable expenses of subjects of business and other activity and budgets of all levels of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, we ask to send the remarks and offers till August 26, 2015 to sector of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on an e-mail address: Nail.Madiev@tatar.ru.
