Information on rendering services in MFC on international passports

Since July 1, 2015 in the Volga branch State Budgetary Institution MFС on the address: Kazan, Avangardnaya St., 74 (1 entrance)  started carrying out reception of applications and documents from citizens for rendering the state service in registration of the  passport of "an old sample" and "new generation" (the biometric passport containing electronic media of information). 

Since August, 2015 citizens can submit applications for registration of the international passport of "an old sample" also in Zarechny (Gagarin St., 103), New and Savinovsky (Yamashev St., 82) and Youzhny (Pobedy Ave., 100) branches of State Budgetary Institution MFTs across Kazan, and also to Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk.

Employees of MFC passed the corresponding training on reception of applications and documents.

In branches of State Budgetary Institution MFC available and comfortable conditions for stay of applicants are provided.

For receiving the specified services in the MFC Volga branch it is also possible to take pictures on the international passport, and to pay the state duty for receiving services.  

For citizens the convenient schedule of reception is established: daily Monday through Friday from 9.00 till 17.00 o'clock, on Saturday from 9.00 till 13.00 o'clock, according to coupons of "electronic turn". For filing of applications on the international passport of "new generation" reception is conducted daily Monday through Friday from 10.00 till 15.00 o'clock on preliminary record (on ph. (843) 590 32 11).  

At MFC stands all information, necessary for applicants, on rendering services is placed. Thanks to the created conditions applicants shouldn't expect in turn for submission of documents in reception windows. 

For reference: for July, 2015 in the MFC Volga branch more than 500 statements are adopted.
