The law directed on improvement of the mechanism of the state registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with it is signed

On July 13, 2015 the Federal law "About the state registration of real estate" No. 218-FZ is signed. It will come into force since January 1, 2017.

According to the adopted law before registration of right on the property  for a land parcel or the house it won't be necessary to submit the separate application for the cadastral account to cadastral chamber. The applicant will address at once to body of Federal Registration Service or the multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services with documents for the cadastral account and for registration of the right. Thus terms of procedures are considerably reduced, and responsibility of the registrar amplifies.

With adoption of this federal law creation of a control system of land resources and real estate objects, universal base for administration of property taxes comes to the end.
