Access for participation of the small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in the auction will be expanded

Commission of the Government on lawmaking activity bill of an order of access for small and average businessmen to purchases of goods, works, services approved.
The bill will promote expansion of possibility of participation of the small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in the auction and development of the competition in the adjustable sphere.
The document provides increase of transparency of purchases of separate types of the legal entities falling under action of Federal Law No. 223 including by means of introduction of easy and clear ways of purchases, formation uniform purchasing politicies in the large holding companies.
Reduction of expenses of potential suppliers (contractors, performers) on participation in purchases of customers due to widespread introduction of technologies of the electronic auction is also provided.
The bill will be considered at a meeting of the Government.
