Within development of Strategy 2030 actions of migration and population policy, education, health care, culture, labor market, policy of employment and social protection were discussed

On March 4, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of a design platform "The human capital" on discussion of the draft of the Plan of measures on realization of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place. Within realization of Strategy of accumulation of the human capital attendees discussed actions for migration and population policy, formation of all levels, health care, culture, labor market, policy of employment and social protection. All considered directions are allocated with the local purposes of development, but are in interrelation and in common work for a main objective of Strategy of accumulation of the human capital – the saved-up human capital provides competitiveness of the Republic of Tatarstan.
