The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan carries out expertize of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of the differentiated tax rates for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation"

According to the address of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on protection of the rights of businessmen by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan as the authorized body on carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence, carries out expertize of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of June 17, 2009 No. 19-ZRT "About establishment of the differentiated tax rates for the taxpayers applying the simplified system of the taxation". Expertize is carried out for an assessment of achievement of the purposes of regulation, efficiency of the offered way of regulation, an assessment of positive and negative consequences of the offered way of regulation declared during development of the Law by means of the analysis of law-enforcement practice.
