Representatives of the leasing companies and enterprise community urged to expand parameters of the Leasing Grant program

Representatives of the leasing companies expressed fear about decrease in number of demands from businessmen in connection with the developed economic situation and rise in price of financial resources. Against increase in discount rate of the Central bank of Russian Federation to 17%, banks raised interest rates for the credits for the leasing companies to 23-25% per annum. The last, in turn, were compelled to reconsider conditions of financial rent for the clients on 5-6 percentage points. On the other hand, in connection with growth of rates of foreign exchange in relation to ruble the prices of vehicles and the equipment which were in demand from lessees rose. In this regard, representatives of the leasing companies urged not to postpone start of collecting demands and carrying out expert selection of projects within the Grant's Leasing 2015 program which key parameters, as expected, will remain at the level of last year.
