Changes in the Tax code of the Russian Federation organizations which are engaged in social service of citizens exempted from payment of the VAT and income tax

The federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 464-FZ made the changes in the second part of the Tax code of the Russian Federation providing tax privileges for the organizations which are engaged in social service of citizens. Services in support and social service of citizens of advanced age are exempted from payment of a value added tax, disabled people, neglected children and other persons who are recognized needing social service and to which social services in the organizations of social service, regardless of their stay in a difficult life situation are provided.
