Following the results of 2014 due to an assessment of the regulating influence the decision on inexpediency of their acceptance was made on five bills of the Republic of Tatarstan

The main objective when carrying out ARI is the analysis of drafts of regulations regarding existence of excess, expensive requirements for business. For 2014 ARI Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared 1041 conclusions about ARI. 354 drafts of regulations by results of ARI were recognized expensive and inappropriate to the regulation purposes. During preparation of the conclusions cases of identification of essential expenses of subjects of business activity in connection with introduction of new regulation while the developer specified about lack of any additional expenses were frequent.
