The Federal law on territories of the advancing social and economic development is adopted

The Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" is adopted. Measures of the state support and a procedure of activity in such territories, a legal regime of territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation are defined by the federal law.
In the Federal law the territory of the advancing social and economic development is as part of the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, including the closed administrative-territorial education on which according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation the particular legal regime of implementation of business and other activity for formation of the favorable environment for attraction of investments, ensuring the accelerated development of economy and creation of comfortable conditions for ensuring activity of the population is set.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
