The Federal law "About industrial policy in the Russian Federation" was adopted

On December 31, 2014 the Federal law No. 488-FZ "About industrial policy in the Russian Federation" was adopted. The purposes, tasks and the principles of industrial policy, a circle of participants of its formation and realization were defined by the federal law, and also powers of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local governments in the sphere of industrial policy are regulated.

Possibility of financial support of subjects of activity in the industry sphere by the state funds of development of the industry including created together with the organizations which are a part of infrastructure of support of activity in the industry sphere is provided.
