At Remote school of the licensee the twenty first lesson: License requirements: workers is placed.

At the twentieth lesson the questions concerning the workers responsible for carrying out the analysis of non-ferrous scrap on a chemical composition, and possibilities of obtaining the corresponding qualifications by workers were announced.

The federal law No. 99-FZ established the general requirement to competitors of the license – existence at the competitor of the license and the licensee of the workers who signed with them employment contracts, having professional education, possessing the corresponding qualification and (or) having the length of service necessary for implementation of the licensed kind of activity.
