Thanks to state support, Tatarstan entrepreneurs were able to attract about 1.8 billion rubles of borrowed funds in the first quarter of 2026

Over the first three months of this year, approximately 70 entrepreneurs in the republic have taken advantage of guarantee support totaling over 330 million rubles. This allowed them to raise 1.8 billion rubles of borrowed funds. 

Tatarstan entrepreneurs were supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan under its jurisdiction as part of the implementation of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The largest amount of guarantee support was provided to entrepreneurs from the service sector (medical services, repair of machinery and equipment, catering, and others), the manufacturing sector of the economy, and agricultural producers. 

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees to entrepreneurs who do not have sufficient collateral when applying for loan financing (credit, loan, lease, bank guarantee), up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles per group of related companies for investment purposes and investments in non-current assets, for other purposes - up to 70 million rubles. 

At the same time, the remuneration for guarantees for entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy is 1% per annum of the amount of guarantees, and for other borrowers – 1.5% per annum.
