Leasing-Grant program’s funding to reach over 500 million rubles

Total amount of funding under the Leasing-Grant program will be over 500 million rubles. The federal and the republic budgets will allocate 555 million rubles in Tatarstan this year. Tatastan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov reported about that at a briefing in the cabinet on 30 July, regarding The Measures to Support Small and Medium Enterprises in Tatarstan in 2014 decree.

The speaker emphasized the main measure was to subsidize advance payment program under Leasing-Grant.
The program will cover over 70 percent for enterpreneures who implements family and lifestock projects with Tatarstan Agriculture and Food Ministry’s support under leasing agreement. Also, it will cover over 50 percent for industrial area residents at municipal level," Midkhat Shagiahmetov said.

According to the repoter, the capitalization of republic quarantee fund was increased in order to broaden credit resources available for small and medium enterprise’s sphere this year for widening enterpreneuers’ oppotunities.

The financial support of small and medium enterprises is a million rubles for three years (every 10 percent per year) and main function is to provide loans for entrepreneurs operating in real economy sector. “We are planning to increase the support fund’s capitalization further,” the economy minister promised.

“The capitalization have been increased by 166 million rubles. The total amount of granted guarantees is about 770 million rubles at the beginning. The quarantee fund’s capitalization is about 530 million rubles as of 1 July 2014. The total amount of credit issued under the fund’s guarantee is nearly 170 million rubles. The number of issued guarantees has reached about 448 million,” he said.

According to the speaker, there will subsidies to compensate equipment expenses for residents, located in IT- parks. Total amount of subsidies will be about 168 million rubles. Also, there will be subsidies for payment of credits’ interests, attracted in Russian credit organisations. The total amount of subsidies is 13 million rubles.

“We suppose these supporting measures have to increase industrial areas’ attractiveness, which were set at our municipal bodies,” the official concluded.
