Following the results of the All-Russian competition three settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan were entitled "The most well-planned city (rural) settlement of Russia" following the results of 2013

In the Ministry of regional development at meeting of the Contest committee which chairman is the head of department Igor Slyunyaev, summed up the results of the All-Russian competition on a rank "The most well-planned city (rural) settlement of Russia" by results of 2013. In competition 176 municipalities took part in 6 various categories (three – on the cities of various number, three – on rural settlements). The prize fund of competition makes 95 million rubles. During meeting of the Contest committee four settlements of Tatarstan were defined by winners. Three Tatarstan settlements won first place in the categories
