Checks of the enterprises which are carrying out activity on preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals

The ministry agrees to the schedule approved by bodies of prosecutor's office for 2014 carries out planned inspections of the scrap processing enterprises. 

Summing up some intermediate results, and also being guided by the purposes of planned inspections consisting more in support of businessmen and prevention of violations, than in punishment of violators, we pay attention of businessmen to the following.

The plan of checks is placed in open access as on the Ministry site, so on a site of bodies of prosecutor's office since the beginning of the current year, i.e. businessmen have an opportunity in advance to get acquainted with it and to be prepared for check.

Nevertheless, the enterprises not always are properly ready to check: for example, cases when the enterprise doesn't carry out timely checking of devices and the equipment meet.

The facts of discrepancy of the Book of the accounting of acceptance acts to the established samples or their wrong filling aren't rare also.

In addition we pay special attention to an obligation of the enterprise of a message a log-book of checks of the established form according to point 8 of part 1 of article 16 of the Federal law of 26.12.2008 No. 294 "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control".
