The list of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan is expanded

With the resolution of the Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 09.07.2014 No. 475 the list of state programs of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 1199 from 31.12.2012 is expanded.

This list is added with a new state program "Realization of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" which state customer coordinator defined the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Main directions of a state program:

- improvement of tools and mechanisms of counteraction of corruption;

- identification and elimination the korruptsiogennykh of factors in regulations and drafts of regulations by means of carrying out anitkorruptsionny examination, providing conditions for carrying out independent anti-corruption examination;

- activization of anti-corruption training and anti-corruption promotion for involvement of personnel, material, information and other resources of civil society in corruption counteraction;

- ensuring openness, availability to the population of activity of the government and municipal bodies, strengthening of their communication with civil society, stimulation of anti-corruption activity of the public;

- ensuring openness, fair competition and objectivity at implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state or municipal needs;

- consecutive decrease in administrative pressure upon business (business);

- increase of efficiency of interaction with law enforcement agencies;

- strengthening of measures for minimization of household corruption;

- stimulation of anti-corruption behavior of the civil and municipal servants.

At present the state program is in a development stage.
