The investment Standard is introduced in 36 regions of Russia

"MARATHON" is the monthly information messenger of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects (further - ASI), directed on granting operational information about a course of introduction of the regional Investment Standard in subjects of the Russian Federation (further – the Standard).

Sorting of subjects of the Russian Federation within the list is carried out in the sequence of transfer determined by the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

Data of "MARATHON" are expressed in the quantitative indices, realized points of the Standard.  The final result is fixed by total confirmations of ASI which are formed on the basis of the conclusion of the departmental expertize which is carried out by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, and also according to an assessment of Expert groups of number of representatives of business community. 

            Following the results of June, 2014 in 36 regions minimum necessary conditions for attraction of investments and work with investors are created. In 18 regions are introduced from 11 to 14 provisions of the Standard.

The good situation develops in the Volga federal district. A half of regions already finished work: in the Saratov region 14 provisions of the Standard from 15, in Perm Krai – 13, in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Samara region-12 and further:

According to the plan schedule of introduction of the Investment Standard in the Republic of Tatarstan all 15 sections of the Standard were considered at meetings of the ASI Expert group on approbation and Standard introduction in the Republic of Tatarstan and recognized as the executed.

Within Standard introduction in the Republic of Tatarstan the Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan was created, the Investment declaration of the Republic of Tatarstan is adopted, the Order of a public assessment of regulating influence of existing and adopted regulations is approved, the order of collection of information about investment objects and objects of infrastructure necessary for the investor within Geoportal of the Republic of Tatarstan is developed and accepted, the regulations of interaction of subjects of investment activity on assistance in implementation of investment projects in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan by the principle of "one window" are approved.

Results of introduction of the Standard in the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of a positive assessment from Expert groups, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation were included in the Collection successful the practician of implementation of provisions of the Standard in subjects of the Russian Federation, developed by Agency of strategic initiatives.
