Meeting of the Board of trustees of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan took place

On April 17, 2014 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of the Board of trustees of "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization at which there was a report on fund activity for 2013 and the I quarter 2014 took place.

The solution of meeting of the Board of trustees approved a new Order of providing guarantees of Fund.  These guarantees act as additional providing according to credit obligations of businessmen, the maximum sum of the guarantee of Fund according to such obligations is 15 million rubles;  the term of consideration of demands of businessmen is from 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the sum of the provided guarantee.  The guarantee is paid; the sum of remuneration makes 1,5% per annum and is paid by a lump sum for the entire period of action of the guarantee.

Besides, at meeting of the Board of trustees the Order of granting by Fund of guarantees (guarantees) under contracts of financial rent (leasing) and the Order of selection of the leasing companies for conclusion of agreement about cooperation according to the program of providing guarantees Fund is approved.
