Tatarstan delegation gets familiar with Japanese experience in urban development

On March 20, Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got familiar with the Japanese experience in urban reconstruction and development.
A detour of Tokyo's subcenters started with a visit to an artificial island of Odaiba, which is one of the most attractive areas of Tokyo for housing and office construction.
Then, Tatarstan delegation went to Minato Mirai district in Yokogama (30km far from Tokyo). Minato Mirai has become a modern urban district after the successful modernization of the old industrial area, former trading port and industrial base. The dynamically developing district is host to exhibition, entertainment and trade complexes, offices of the largest companies, hotels, business centers.
Rustam Minnikhanov looked around Landmark Tower, the tallest building and third-tallest structure in Japan (296 meters), and other sights in Minato Mirai.
Also, Tatarstan President saw the industrial museum “Mitsubishi Heavy Industries”. The museum is divided into six zones: Aerospace, Ocean, Transportation, Daily Life Discovery, Environment/Energy and Technology Quest. It introduces models of state-of-the-art developments.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan-Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, a meeting was held in Tatarstan on the organization of work programs for the implementation of federal projects that are part of the National Technological Leadership Projects (NPTL).
Tatarstan citizens can take part in the All-Russian survey on satisfaction with the security of banking services, which can be taken until November 28.
