On January 29, 2014 in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of the working group on development of the bill of the Republic of Tatarstan "About an order of carrying out an assessment of regulating influence of drafts of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan infringing on interests of business and investment activity" This bill installing to the purpose and defining an order of carrying out an assessment of regulating influence of projects and examination of existing regulations, raising the questions of implementation of business and investment activity took place, was accepted by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan in the first reading on December 26, 2013.
