The Concept of development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form is approved

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 25, 2013 No. 2516-r approved the Concept of development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form. The document is developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in pursuance of decisions following the results of meetings of the Governmental commission on use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conducting business activity of September 19 and of November 7, 2013. Main objectives, the principles and activities are determined the approved concept by further development of procedures for granting of the state and municipal services in electronic form for the period till 2016, and also organizational model of management by this activity.
