Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made a speech at meeting of the Commission for improvement of investment climate, administrative barriers reduction and small and medium business development in the Volga federal district

On December 18, 2013 the meeting of the Commission for improvement of investment climate, administrative barriers reduction and small and medium business development in the Volga federal district took place under the chairmanship of Mikhail Babich the presidential plenipotentiary envoy to the Volga federal district, in Kirov.
Boris Titov the Comissioner for the President of the Russian Federation for the businessmen rights protection, Andrey Nikitin the director general of the Agency of strategic initiatives of new projects promotion, Mikhail Kruk the deputy minister of regional development of the Russian Federation, Sergey Zaytsev the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and other participants of the Commission took part in the meeting.
The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the Minister of Economics Midkhat Shagiakhmetov.
During the meeting Midkhat Shagiakhmetov made the report and told about the results of "The executive authorities activity standard of the memeber of the Russian Federation on ensuring favorable investment climate in the region" achieved by Tatarstan Republic. He also noted the cooperation directions with Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization the Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects and announced the provisional results of introduction of the "road maps" realized within the National enterprise initiative.
Following the results of meeting Mikhail Babich noted the necessity of practical implementation of investment standards and "road maps" for regions of the Volga federal district.
