Midkhat Shagiakhmetov visited State services Committee Moscow and Zamoskvorechensky district of Moscow’s MFC in order to share the experience.

The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, the deputy minister of economy Ayrat Shamsiyev and the chief of Presidential Experts Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Ismagilov visited the Zamoskvorechye Region MFC of the Central administrative district of Moscow in the fulfillment of the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and to study the experiment on organization of providing the state and municipal services by the "one window" principle in the multipurpose centers (MFC),
The Zamoskvorechensky area MFC started to work since September, 2011. The total cost of creation of MFC made 65 million rubles. Population of the area makes 55 thousand people. There are 30 windows to accept people in MFC. Capacity of MFc is aimed to accept 1000 people a day.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
