Revenue of the Tatarstan manufacturer increased by 40% due to state support

The Tatarstan manufacturer of gas-piston power plants has attracted 72 million rubles of borrowed funds for the development of production thanks to the guarantee support. This allowed to increase production volumes, expand the product range and create additional jobs, which led to a 39% increase in revenue.

The support was provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate organization for the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

Since 2013, the company has been manufacturing gas-piston power plants, gas-piston drives for mains pumps, exhaust gas recovery boilers, as well as automotive components.

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tatarstan, provided guarantee support to the enterprise for a total of 36 million rubles for warranty products with insufficient collateral from the company for loans. 

Today, the company has the status of a small technology company (STC) and produces a wide range of import-substituting products. The finished products are used as a source of electricity supply in industry, agriculture, housing and communal services, as well as in medical and sanatorium facilities. 

The company plans to expand its production facilities and increase its product range. 

It should be recalled that if Tatarstan's own collateral for a loan is insufficient, businesses can benefit from guarantee support of up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles for a group of related companies for investment purposes and investments in non–current assets, and up to 70 million rubles for other purposes. At the same time, the remuneration for guarantees for entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy is 1% per annum of the amount of guarantees, for other borrowers – 1.5% per annum.
