More than 880 real estate objects are available to Tatarstan businesses on preferential terms

A property support program is available for Tatarstan entrepreneurs, according to which businesses can rent state and municipal real estate for free for 2 years. In total, more than 300 real estate objects have been commissioned in the republic under the program. 

Today, the consolidated register of republican and municipal property of Tatarstan intended for small and medium-sized businesses contains 1,192 objects, including buildings, premises, structures, movable property and land plots. 887 sites remain vacant, of which 789 are municipal. This means that accessible facilities are available in every district of the republic.

Entrepreneurs can choose free sites for themselves not only on the websites of municipal districts, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the SME Corporation platform, but also on popular ad aggregators. 

For the first two years, the rental of facilities is free of charge, from the third year the cost will be 25% of the amount of rent established based on the assessment of the market value of the rental property, and will increase by 25% annually, reaching 100% of the value.

Also, the funds spent on repairs will reduce the value of municipal property in the event of its privatization under Federal Law No. 159-FZ. After 2 years of renting the property, provided that it has been on the property list for 5 years, the property can be purchased without bidding. At the same time, the purchase is possible in installments of up to 8 years. 

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with subordinate development institutions, provides comprehensive support and support to businesses implementing projects in rented premises. Assistance is provided under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". 

Support measures include leasing of high—tech equipment, commercial vehicles, Russian-made special equipment, and financial support. Comprehensive support of investment projects is also available, from the preparation of business plans, marketing promotion, branding, positioning, certification, to production re-equipment, registration of intellectual property rights and other multidisciplinary services at the stages of project preparation, launch and implementation.
