Tatarstan's business has attracted 6.7 billion rubles under state guarantees

In Tatarstan, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) received 6.7 billion rubles of borrowed funds in 2025 thanks to state support.

Assistance to entrepreneurs was provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions under the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy".

About 280 guarantees were issued by the republican Guarantee Fund in the amount of 1.9 billion rubles, which helped the business to attract borrowed funds on favorable terms in the amount of 6.7 billion rubles, including from the regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund.

The recipients of support mainly operate in the real sector of the economy - in the production of goods (43.3%), services (26.4%), agriculture (13.5%), as well as in construction (8.5%) and trade (8%).

The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan provides guarantees to entrepreneurs who do not have sufficient collateral when applying for loan financing (loan, loan, lease, bank guarantee) in the amount of up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles per group of related companies. The support can be used for investment purposes and investments in non–current assets, as well as for other business purposes - up to 70 million rubles. 

It should be recalled that regional state business development institutions, with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan, provide comprehensive support and acceleration of entrepreneurial projects. Entrepreneurs and the self-employed of the republic can receive microloans on favorable terms, guarantees, grants and non-financial services.
