The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan
On October 31, 2025, a meeting of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, at which the issue of increasing labor productivity was considered.
In order to achieve the national goals approved by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2024, aimed at increasing labor productivity, the federal project "Labor Productivity" has been developed at the federal level, which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
Tatarstan is working to involve enterprises in the implementation of projects aimed at increasing labor productivity. To implement projects aimed at increasing labor productivity, the Regional Center for Competence in the Field of Labor Productivity of the Republic of Tatarstan (RCC RT) has been established on the basis of the State Educational Institution "Center for Energy and Resource Efficient Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan". The main objectives of the Center are to ensure labor productivity growth, involve enterprises in projects aimed at increasing labor productivity, and train employees in productivity improvement tools labor.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted the importance of implementing the federal project "Labor Productivity", as well as an integrated, systematic approach to increasing labor productivity at enterprises and organizations in the republic.
