Four companies from Tatarstan have won grants worth about 700 million rubles following a competition to finance technological projects related to the refinement and creation of products for the tasks of large customers. The support was provided within the framework of the federal project "Technologies" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
Under the program of "growing up" of the ANCO Center for Engineering and Innovation Support, grants of up to 250 million rubles are available to technology companies with revenues of over 300 million rubles for the implementation of projects for the production of components and collect sets for large Russian corporations, including for import substitution purposes. The competition is held within the framework of the federal Technology project, its key feature is financial support for projects for which demand is guaranteed by corporations.
The republican winning enterprises are engaged in projects in the field of oil and natural gas extraction and processing technologies, industrial software development and production of components for railway transport.
A total of 13 Russian companies have received grants for the organization of production and product refinement, most of which are included in the register of small technology companies (STC). Gazprom, Rosatom, Rosseti, UEC, Sinara-Transport Machines and other large Russian corporations acted as anchor customers for the projects.
To date, Tatarstan companies have raised only over 1.6 billion rubles under the grant program, which is the second result in the Russian Federation after Moscow.
"The program is relevant and allows technology companies, together with corporations, to implement joint projects aimed at import substitution and achieving technological leadership," said Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Let us recall that on February 16, 2024, within the framework of the Board of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, an agreement on cooperation was signed between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the ANCO Center for Engineering and Innovation Support, aimed at supporting technology companies in the Republic of Tatarstan implementing projects to develop (refine, adapt) technological products in order to introduce public and private Russian corporations. The curator of this agreement in Tatarstan is Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department, and the organization responsible for cooperation with the Center is the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Center for Cluster Development and Project Management of the Republic of Tatarstan.
