Tatarstan has launched new financial measures of state support for businesses

30 September 2025, Tuesday

The new measures are aimed at supporting a wide range of industries and businesses at the start of entrepreneurial activity. At the same time, the rate under the state support program for start-up businesses is more than twice lower than the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

A set of financial support measures is being implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan by the Regional Ministry of Economy and its subordinate business development institutions under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The support is aimed at enterprises operating in the fields of agriculture, construction, transportation, storage, healthcare, social, sports, cultural and leisure services and other areas.

The preferential rate of 8% under the "Easy Start" state support program is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the start and subsequent sustainable development of micro enterprises. Among the priority goals are stimulating entrepreneurial initiative, reducing risks at the initial stage of business and helping to create new jobs. Young companies operating for no more than 24 months can receive up to 3 million rubles for 3 years for various entrepreneurial purposes.

Another new product, Assistance, will allow you to earn up to 5 million rubles at 16.5% per annum for up to 3 years. If the entrepreneurs applying for support do not have their own collateral, they can use the state guarantee support.

"The Republic of Tatarstan demonstrates steady dynamics in the development of the business climate. The key role in this is played by the active use of a wide range of government support measures by businesses, which allow not only launching new projects, but also modernizing existing production facilities. Over the past year, 2.2 thousand small and medium-sized businesses have received financial support through federal and republican programs. The total amount of state support has exceeded 37 billion rubles," said Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan is implementing a set of regional financial business support programs, including loans at reduced rates of 1% per annum, leasing and guarantee products based, among other things, on the principles of partnership financing. A package of non-financial measures is also available to businesses in the republic.
