About half a billion rubles received a manufacturer from Tatarstan under a state guarantee

Tatarstan manufacturer of industrial equipment from Naberezhnye Chelny, resident of the Kamsky Industrial Park "Master", received warranty support for the development of the company.

The KAMA–Energetika enterprise, established in 2014, is engaged in the production of diesel power plants, power stations, and gas-piston power plants. The main buyers are oil producers, agricultural companies, and companies engaged in energy, pipeline construction, and mining.

In the period 2020 – 2025, the Tatarstan manufacturer was able to attract 470 million rubles of debt financing from credit institutions for the development of production under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Fund provided guarantee support to the company totaling 175 million rubles in the framework of warranty products with insufficient collateral from the company for loans.

Thanks to the support of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, KAMA–Energetika increased production in 2024 and generated revenue of 858.5 million rubles, which is 12% more than in 2023.  

In 2025, with the support of the Tatarstan Guarantee Fund, the Tatarstan manufacturer was able to start building its own building on a 1-hectare plot of land in Naberezhnye Chelny. The guarantee of the Fund in the amount of 65 million rubles was provided to the company within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" for the guarantee product "Standard". 

It should be noted that within the framework of the product, entrepreneurs with insufficient own collateral for a loan can use guarantee support of up to 100 million rubles per borrower and up to 120 million rubles for a group of related companies for investment purposes and investments in non–current assets, for other purposes - up to 70 million rubles. At the same time, the remuneration for guarantees for entrepreneurs operating in priority sectors of the economy is 1% per annum of the amount of guarantees, and for other borrowers – 1.5% per annum.
