The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the working group of the operational headquarters for ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of Tatarstan
On the eve, Oleg Pelevin, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired a meeting of the working group on ensuring the sustainable development of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by representatives of ministries, departments, territorial bodies of federal authorities, municipalities, representatives of Operator-CRPT LLC (Honest Sign labeling system). Representatives of the business community of the republic engaged in entrepreneurial activities related to construction goods were present in the video conference.
During the meeting of the working group, issues of providing business support measures, as well as provisions on mandatory labeling of construction goods, which started on September 1, 2025 as part of an experiment on labeling goods, were considered.
In her speech, Natalia Kondratova, First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Department, noted that the key task of ensuring the smooth operation of enterprises is to increase the effectiveness of implemented support measures aimed at updating outdated or worn-out equipment, expanding or updating production facilities, reconfiguring internal production processes, including their digitalization and optimization as well as increasing competitiveness by reducing the time of the production cycle, logistics costs for raw materials and finished products, and increasing labor productivity.
The deputy minister also noted that due to the lowering of the refinancing rate, interest rates on federal programs are decreasing, while the preferential basis remains for republican programs. In addition, the range of potential recipients of microfinance support is expanding in the republic due to the launch of new products.
Regarding the mandatory labeling of construction products, a list of mandatory labeling products was announced, which entered into force on September 1 of this year, as well as innovations that will enter into force on December 1, 2026.
