Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov got acquainted with the progress of construction and met with residents of the industrial park Razvitie.

Stages 1 and 2 of the Razvitie Industrial Park, located in Naberezhnye Chelny, where 19 residents operate, are 100% full. 13 residents of the 3rd stage of the Naberezhnye Chelny industrial park are under construction.

In order to remove the constraints on the development of industrial parks of the year, a program of "retrofitting" industrial parks with engineering and road infrastructure at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan has been implemented since 2022.

At the expense of the budget of Tatarstan and the municipal budget of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the construction of road infrastructure, supply (external) electricity and gas supply networks is underway.

Midkhat Shagiakhmetov got acquainted with the construction process and discussed their further development plans with the residents of the industrial park.

The Minister of Economy stressed that industrial parks provide businesses with ready-made infrastructure for rapid start-up and growth. Park residents enjoy tax benefits, energy subsidies, preferential financing, and other support measures. Thanks to this, companies can direct the released funds to modernization, new equipment, staff expansion and salary increases.

Currently, there are more than 100 industrial parks in the republic, over 1,750 residents work on their territory, and the total number of jobs created has exceeded 72 thousand. According to the results of the first half of this year, the products produced by residents of industrial parks accounted for about 10% of the total industrial production of the Republic of Tatarstan. The total turnover of resident companies in 2024 exceeded 560 billion rubles.
