Results of the republican stage of the National Award "Man of Labor"

Tatarstan summed up the results of the regional stage of the National Award "Man of Labor". The competition is aimed at increasing the prestige of engineering and working professions, popularizing honest and selfless work, stimulating young people to professional development, as well as supporting mentoring, the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan reports.

The participants' applications were evaluated in six categories: "Technological Leader", "Best Mentor", "Young Specialist", "Family Labor dynasties", "Council of Veterans" and "Labor Patriotic education".

A total of 158 applications were submitted for the republican stage in all areas. The Organizing Committee determined three winners in each category.

In the "Technology Leader" category:

  • Rashit Ravilevich Bakirov – Head of the Oil Acceptance and Delivery Center of the Oil Preparation and Delivery Department of the Department of Oil and Gas Production of the Tatneft-Dobycha Joint Venture of PJSC Tatneft named after V. D. Shashin (Nurlatsky Municipal District);
  • Martemyanov Vitaly Ivanovich – Chief Technologist of PJSC KAMAZ Foundry  (Naberezhnye Chelny);
  • Oleg Sokolov, Head of the Tire Testing and Homologation Department, Kama Scientific and Technical Center LLC (Nizhnekamsk).

In the "Best Mentor" category:

  • Basarab Svetlana Sergeevna – Deputy Director of MAOU "Multilingual Educational Complex "Adymnar-Alabuga" (Yelabuga);
  • Volkova Maria Fedorovna is a hand–molded core worker of the 4th category of KAMAZ PJSC (Naberezhnye Chelny);
  • Khairutdinova Elvira Izgarovna – Head of the Personnel Management Department of the branch of JSC Network Company Nizhnekamsk Electric Networks (Nizhnekamsk).

In the "Young Specialist" category:

  • Darya Avdeeva Valerievna is an English teacher at the municipal budgetary educational institution Trekhozersk Secondary School of the Spassky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Ruslan Galimov – Technological Engineer, Kazan Helicopter Plant JSC;
  • Minnibayev Aidar Samigullovich is the head of the project group of NPO TN-Biotech LLC (Almetyevsk).

In the "Family labor dynasties" category:

  • Anastasia Yakovlevna Zvezdina – Director of the municipal budgetary educational institution "Secondary General Education Russian Tatar School No. 111"  (Kazan);
  • Ruslan Andreevich Zefirov – Deputy Chief Physician for the Medical Department of the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan  (Kazan);
  • Anna Alekseevna Nikitina – Head of the archive of Tatshina LLC  (Nizhnekamsk).

In the Veterans Council category:

  • Albert Shamilevich Bagautdinov – Director of the State Autonomous Institution "Sports Training Center" of the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Presidium of the Union of Veterans of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan;
  • Oksana Vasilyuk is a leading specialist at the Kazan Aviation Plant named after S. P. Gorbunov – a branch of JSC Tupolev. (Kazan), representative of the Council of Veterans;
  • Eduard Pavlovich Sharonov – Director of the branch of JSC "Grid Company – Naberezhnye Chelny Electric Networks"  (Naberezhnye Chelny), Chairman of the Council of Veterans.

In the "Labor patriotic education" category:

  • Irina Vitalievna Vasilyeva is a history teacher at MBOU Secondary School No. 3 named after Hero of the Russian Federation A. N. Epaneshnikov in Yelabuga Municipal District, head of the school Museum of Courage;
  • Guzaliya Akhmetovna Zalyalova – head of the Museum of military and Labor Glory "Zarechye" FKP "Kazan State State-owned Powder Factory" (Kazan);
  • Dmitry Vladimirovich Yudin – Deputy Head of the substation service of the branch of JSC "Grid Company" – "Chistopol Electric Networks" (Chistopol municipal district), head of the military-patriotic search group "Shot".

The following winners have been nominated to participate in the final stage of the award:

  • Basarab Svetlana Sergeevna – Deputy Director of MAOU "Multilingual Educational Complex "Adymnar-Alabuga" (Yelabuga), the "Best Mentor" category;
  • Volkova Maria Fedorovna is a hand–molded core worker of the 4th category of KAMAZ PJSC (Naberezhnye Chelny), the "Best Mentor" category;
  • Aidar Samigullovich Minnibayev, Head of the project group of NPO TN-Biotech LLC (Almetyevsk), Young Specialist category.

The final of the competition will be held as part of the BIOT-2025 exhibition in Moscow from November 11 to November 14, 2025.
