Tatarstan residents have left almost 2000 reviews on the quality of the implementation of national projects

Almost 2,000 reviews were received from Tatarstan citizens about the quality of the implementation of national projects. About 80% of them are positive.

The mechanism for collecting feedback from residents of the republic has been implemented since the end of 2023. Feedback on satisfaction can be provided using the QR code placed on each socially significant facility built or renovated according to a national project.

Most often, residents of the republic share their impressions about the state of parks and squares, which have received a new lease of life thanks to the Infrastructure for Life project, as well as about the level of service in Tatarstan's medical institutions. The majority of these reviews are positive, about 80% of them, and about 14% are negative, while the rest of the reviews from residents of the republic are neutral. 

Negative reviews are not ignored and are redirected to local governments and relevant ministries for prompt response and measures to eliminate deficiencies.

Let us recall that in 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan participates in the implementation of 12 national projects, among them: "Family", "Youth and children", "Long and active life", "Infrastructure for life", "Environmental well-being", "Personnel", "Efficient and competitive economy", "Technological provision of food security", "Tourism and Hospitality", "International Cooperation and Export", "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the State" and "Unmanned Aircraft Systems". Financing in the amount of more than 43 billion rubles has been allocated for the implementation of national projects.
