The second zonal meeting on the work of the Unified Cabinet of Approvals was held in Zelenodolsk district
On September 10, the second zonal meeting was held in the Zelenodolsk municipal district, dedicated to the functioning of the Unified Approval Cabinet. The event brought together representatives of seven municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and key resource supply organizations.
Deputy Minister of Economy Dinar Shakirov and Head of the Investment Climate Development Department of the Ministry of Economy Elina Zhiganova made presentations on the strategic importance of the new digital instrument. The speakers focused on how the introduction of a Single Approval Cabinet transforms the procedures for technological connection to utility networks and significantly reduces the time required to provide services.
The practical part of the event was organized by experts from GBU "Spatial Data Foundation of the Republic of Tatarstan" and GKU "Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan". The specialists conducted in-depth training on how to work in the system and provided valuable recommendations on how to maximize the use of the platform's capabilities.
"The Unified Approval Cabinet is an innovative information space created to optimize the process of technological connection to engineering infrastructure networks. The system translates all interactions into an electronic format, making the process transparent and saving time for all participants. Now, at any time, you can track at what stage the application is at," the organizers of the event noted.
The next zonal meeting is scheduled for the second decade of September 2025 and will continue a series of educational events on the introduction of digital tools in municipal government.
