In Tatarstan, entrepreneurs with employees who participate in their business can benefit from comprehensive financial support, which includes the provision of guarantees and a loan at 1%.
Under the terms of the SMO Support product, sureties in the amount of 25 million rubles and a preferential loan at 1% per annum in the amount of up to 5 million for up to 3 years can be used by companies whose founders are participants or veterans of SMO or their relatives, as well as those who have concluded an employment contract with a participant in a special military operation or who have sent one or more employees to volunteer military service. Leasing support for up to 20 million rubles at 5% per annum is also available to such companies.
The support is provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
The comprehensive program was used by a confectionery manufacturer from Kazan, whose team of employees includes, among others, a member of the SMO.
To expand and develop new business lines, the Tatarstan manufacturer attracted debt financing as part of the guarantee product "Support of its own". The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the entrepreneur by acting as a guarantor for the transaction in the amount of 3.5 million rubles, thanks to which the entrepreneur received borrowed funds from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 5 million rubles at 1% per annum. At the same time, the commission fee of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to only 0.1% of the amount of the guarantee provided.
The entrepreneur plans to use the funds received to purchase new equipment, renovate the interior and rebrand the cafe, as well as to open a chain of shops with homemade cakes and bread.
It should be recalled that in Tatarstan, as of the beginning of August, over 229 million rubles were given to entrepreneurs participating in their own specialized support programs through the SME.RF Digital Platform. According to the corporation, more than 80% of veterans want to open their own business in the fields of services, catering, tourism and agriculture.
