Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and Alexey Guznov discussed the improvement of the partnership financing system
On the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), a working meeting was held between the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, and State Secretary, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia, Alexey Guznov.
During the meeting, the parties paid special attention to the practical implementation of the recently adopted amendments to Federal Law No. 417-FZ "On Partner Financing".
The key topics were the prospects for further improvement of the regulatory framework, the development of standards for transactions and operations of partner (Islamic) financing. Special attention is paid to preparations for the meeting of the Council of the Association of Banks of Russia, which will be held on September 24 this year.
