Dinar Shakirov shared Tatarstan's experience in improving the investment climate at a meeting with ASI
The Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Dinar Shakirov, took part in a meeting of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), chaired by Director General Svetlana Chupsheva, dedicated to the implementation of the National Model of Targeted Business Conditions.
The meeting presented the experience of Tatarstan, which is traditionally one of the leaders in terms of the quality of the investment climate in Russia.
Dinar Shakirov spoke in detail about the systematic work carried out in the republic to improve the business climate. By the decision of the Head of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, a Project Office for improving the investment climate and an operational headquarters were established, and the Investment Council was approved in 2012.
He also stressed that in order to achieve the indicators of the National Model in Tatarstan, a comprehensive roadmap has already been approved, including specific measures.
Special attention was paid to digital tools that speed up and simplify business procedures in the republic:
· IP "Tatarstan Investment Control" (TIC) — maintaining a registry and monitoring projects in a "one-stop shop" mode.
· "Unified Approval Cabinet" (UAC) — allows one to significantly reduce the time required to connect to the engineering infrastructure (from 90 to 15 days).
· Joint work with Rosatom State Corporation within the framework of the End-to-End Investment Flow project has allowed reducing the investment and construction cycle by 45% in 3 years.
"Tatarstan's experience, including the best practices posted on the Smarteca platform, is being actively replicated in other regions of the country. Launched in 2025, the Unified Business Support Contact Center provides direct and feedback communication with the business community, making support measures as focused as possible on the real needs of the business." - said the deputy minister.
At the end of his speech, Dinar Shakirov thanked the management and team of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives for their appreciation of the ongoing work and efforts of the regional authorities of the Republic to improve the investment climate.
