Tatarstan's practice of using AI in the supervisory sphere is recommended for replication across the country

Tatarstan's practice of using artificial intelligence in conducting business audits has been positively evaluated and recommended by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development for replication in the country's regions.

Tatarstan has created a chatbot that helps businesses prepare for inspections and effective interaction with regulatory authorities. The project is recommended for implementation in the regions as an effective tool that fully meets the objectives and methodology of the federal policy in the field of control and supervisory activities and systematic work to reduce administrative pressure on business, which is carried out by order of the *Head of Tatarstan.*

The Verified Business digital platform has been operating in the Republic of Tatarstan since 2018 (provbiz.ru ). The portal was created to promptly inform business entities about the current legal requirements in the field of control (supervisory) activities. The platform provides businesses with free access to useful services and knowledge that allow them to effectively prepare for interaction with regulatory authorities. The project was implemented on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic. 

For the convenience of entrepreneurs, a smart chatbot has been launched on the portal. The digital assistant was created in response to a request from the republic's business community. In real time, the service provides information about the requirements of regulatory authorities, advises on the legal aspects of doing business and helps to go through all the stages of verification.

The smart assistant will let you know about the planned control activities for the current year and the order of their implementation. With the help of a chatbot, an entrepreneur will be able to prepare for the upcoming inspection, obtain an algorithm of actions during the supervisory event and a justification for submitting the documents requested by the inspector.

The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan plans to improve and develop the functionality of the chatbot, taking into account user feedback and changes in legislation.
