Free training for the self-employed on marketing and business strategies will be held in Tatarstan

The educational training for the self-employed "Formation of marketing strategies in business, as well as the creation of a business process management system" will be held on August 15 at the Entrepreneur's House.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutes under the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The main speaker of the event is Dmitry Sukhanov, an MBA course teacher, marketing research expert, communications consultant, as well as staff development and training.

The main topics of the training will be:

• Evaluating competitors in the market;
• Developing a portrait of an ideal client; 
• Business promotion tools and channels;
• Risk assessment and development of a strategy to minimize them.
