Dmitry Volvach, Head of Rosaccreditation, held a meeting on interdepartmental cooperation in the Volga Federal District
The day before, a meeting was held in Kazan "On solving joint tasks with government authorities within the framework of control (supervisory) measures", chaired by Dmitry Volvach, Head of the Federal Accreditation Service.
The head of Rosaccreditation noted the need for interdepartmental cooperation between all federal services of the Volga Federal District and territorial departments with the Office of Rosaccreditation for the Volga Federal District. He also stressed the importance of information exchange between all related departments to address the challenges facing the Government.
Yulia Danilina, Head of the Federal Accreditation Agency for the Volga Federal District, delivered the main report. She provided information on cooperation with federal executive authorities in the exercise of management powers, in terms of the main powers of Rosaccreditation, including:
· conducting the accreditation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the national accreditation system;
· implementation of federal state control over the activities of accredited persons;
· organization of the issuance of forms of certificates of conformity;
· monitoring the compliance of testing laboratories with the principles of good laboratory practice;
· organization of the formation and maintenance of registers;
· other powers in the established field of activity.
Saria Sirazieva, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about cooperation with the Office of the Federal Accreditation Service for the Volga Federal District and the results in improving control and supervisory activities. Within the framework of cooperation with the Office of the Federal Accreditation Service for the Volga Federal District, there is a positive trend in the indicators of the National Rating:
· The number of verified inspections decreased from 288 in 2024 to 4 in the first 7 months of this year;
· a system for preventing violations of mandatory requirements has been established;
· The mechanism of issuing warnings is actively used.
By the end of 2024, the Republic of Tatarstan retained the second place in the National Rating of the investment Climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and continues to work on improving conditions for business development.
Representatives of Rosprirodnadzor, Rosselkhoznadzor, Rosstandart, Tatarstan Customs, Rospotrebnadzor, the Main Veterinary Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan and the prosecutor's office made proposals to improve cooperation.
In conclusion, Dmitry Volvach, head of Rosaccreditation, and the meeting participants noted the importance of coordinated work by government authorities to increase the effectiveness of control and supervisory activities and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements in the field of accreditation.
