In Tatarstan, more than 40 graduates have been awarded diplomas from the Presidential Management Training Program

A special ceremony of awarding diplomas to graduates of the Presidential Management Training Program was held at Kazan Federal University. The total number of graduates was 41 people.

Saria Sirazieva, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech.

"On behalf of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, I congratulate all participants of the Presidential Program on the successful completion of their studies! In today's difficult geopolitical realities, it is especially important to train qualified high–level managers who are able to generate innovative ideas aimed at strengthening economic stability and increasing competitiveness, as well as expanding international business contacts," the Deputy Minister noted.

During her speech, Saria Sirazieva emphasized the importance of the Program in the formation of the republic's personnel reserve and the importance of mastering new management tools such as artificial intelligence and advanced business models. The Deputy minister also noted that as a result of the program, 60% of graduates have been promoted, many have created their own businesses and successfully implemented business projects. 

The Deputy Minister expressed special gratitude to the faculty of Kazan Federal University for their professionalism and high-quality training of management personnel.

Tatarstan became one of the first regions to participate in the Presidential Program. During the period of its implementation, more than 2,600 managers and specialists of leading enterprises of the republic have been trained, including KAMAZ, Tatneft, KMPO, Kazancompressormash, Tatenergo, KAPO, Danaflex-Nano, KIP Master, KER Holding, Tatkabel plant and others.

The Presidential Management Training Program has been implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan since 1998 and is an effective tool for building the region's talent pool.
