Thanks to state support, the entrepreneur of Tatarstan attracted 10 million rubles

Thanks to the guarantee support provided by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, subordinate to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the manufacturer of paint and varnish materials from Kazan attracted 10 million rubles of debt financing for the development of production.

The company "Stellar" LLC was established in 2018. The main activity of the company is the production of printing inks, varnishes and mastics.

In 2024, for the further development of the company, the entrepreneur needed debt financing, for which he lacked his own collateral. The company was supported by the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, which acted as a guarantor in the amount of 5 million rubles when completing the transaction under the preferential guarantee product "Support–2024". 

Thanks to the guarantee support, the Tatarstan entrepreneur was able to attract 10 million rubles of debt financing from a financial institution and direct them to the development of production. As a result of the assistance, Stellar generated revenue of 83.7 million rubles in 2024, which is 54% more than in 2023. 

The average number of employees of the company has also increased by 7 people. Representatives of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed with the entrepreneur further cooperation in providing guarantee support within the framework of the Fund's preferential products. 

Entrepreneurs are supported by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
